- The kiosk is designed for indoor use only, mounted on an integrated metal base. For service purposes, the back plate can be removed.
- All kiosks are remotely monitored and diagnosed by Sharebox. In case of malfunctioning or break-in situations, the operations center will be notified.
- Software updates are done remotely. Kiosks within maintenance agreement will receive yearly preventive maintenance.
- Daily operations (removal of dust, stuck objects, etc.) should be performed by the local site operator (Sharebox customer).
