- The m-series kiosks are designed for wall mounting only
- For secure mounting, high quality screws, wall anchors, etc. should be used. The fasteners should match the properties of the wall.
- For service purposes, the top and back plate can be removed.
- All kiosks are remotely monitored and diagnosed by Sharebox. In case of malfunctioning or break-in situations, the operations center will be notified.
- Software updates are done remotely. Kiosks within maintenance agreement will receive yearly preventive maintenance.
- Daily operations (removal of dust, stuck objects etc.) should be performed by the local site operator (Sharebox customer).
